Weight loss Program with Injections

You will begin your weight loss journey by meeting with the provider via a virtual call. At that time you and the provider will review your personal goals, starting point, health history and activity level. 

Then the provider will give you specific individual guidance on the dosing.

All patients will start with a lower dose at first to allow your body to become used to the medication. 

Every 4 weeks you will be evaluated via a virtual consult to monitor symptoms, progress, and weight loss. Each monthly consult the provider will determine if the dosing can be increased. This will continue throughout the treatment.

The monthly program cost includes the medication, injection supplies and shipping costs. You will be charged the program fee after each monthly consult. If the provider decides to discontinue your prescription you will not be charged. 

The medication will be shipped to your house via FedEx and will arrive cold. The medication will need to be stored in the refrigerator and taken out only for injections. Hypodermic needles and alcohol syringes will be shipped to your home address separately. 

You may request in office administration of the injections. 

If you would prefer for the nurse to administer your injections, please discuss this with the provider at your initial visit. The medication will then be administered at the clinic at 3840 Commons Ave. You will need to schedule a shot appointment via our online scheduling portal. Each appointment will be 15 minutes. At the appointment you will be weighed, symptoms discussed and progress tracked. Injection will be administered.
